What should I wear to the event?
The attire for the dinner gala on Sunday evening is semi-formal, cocktail attire. To see photos from our 2014 event, visit the UW Carbone Cancer Center’s Facebook page and view the photo album titled “Andy North and Friends 2014: Evening Event and Golf Getaway.”

Who should I contact if I need to change my guest’s names?

What time should I arrive on Sunday? Where do I park?
For our guests who are spending the night at The Edgewater, hotel rooms will be available for check-in starting at 4:00 p.m. Registration opens at 5:00 p.m. Cocktails, food stations and silent auction will all begin at 5:00 p.m. as well. The silent auction closes at 7:00 p.m. and the program begins with a welcome from Andy North at 7:00 p.m. Guests of the event encouraged to self-park in the on-site hotel parking structure on Sunday. You should follow the signage and enter the hotel through level 5. Staff will be on-site to help guide you.
How will the silent auction work this year?
We will once again utilize mobile bidding for our silent auction this year. The auction will actually open online a few days before the event, which means you can look over items and bid early! We will send out an email announcing the opening of the auction. We encourage you to send the link for the auction to anyone you think might be interested in the items. The wireless password at the hotel on Sunday will be ANF2015
What is the format for golf this year?
Breakfast takes place as Maple Bluff Country Club from 7:30-9:30am with valet parking available. We want you to arrive with plenty of time to enjoy breakfast and pick up your special golfer gifts! The format for the outing this year will be a shamble. There will be a walking clinic at 9am to start the day, lots of great food and drink along the course, along with hole-in-one and shoot-out contests. Golf ends at 3pm with the final contest beginning at 3:15pm.
Is my sponsorship or donation tax deductible?
Any amount of your sponsorship or donation that is above and beyond the actual value of the goods or service you purchase is tax deductible and is considered a donation to the UW Carbone Cancer Center. Silent and live auction items will all have an amount of value attached. Any donation that does not have a value or service attached to it is considered fully tax deductible. If you haven’t already received one, all sponsors will receive an official receipt for tax purposes from the UW Foundation.
